The role involves preparing detailed project plans and baseline schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or other planning software while establishing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project milestones, activity sequences, and critical paths. The Planning Engineer coordinates closely with project managers, engineering teams, procurement departments, construction teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure that all project activities are logically planned and aligned with contractual and operational requirements. The position requires continuous monitoring of project progress against approved schedules, identifying delays, productivity issues, resource constraints, and potential risks that may affect project delivery. The Planning Engineer is responsible for preparing and updating project schedules, conducting critical path analysis,
