Role Description This is a full time hybrid Field Sales Engineer role based in Pune City, with some flexibility for work from home. The Field Sales Engineer will identify and develop current business opportunities, conduct on-site visits, and present technical solutions to prospective and existing customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, demonstrating fiber laser and automation systems, preparing proposals, and negotiating sales contracts. The role also involves coordinating with internal technical teams,



providing after-sales support, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within assigned territories.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Sales Engineering and Electrical Engineering to understand, present, and support complex laser cutting and automation systems.
• Candidates should possess skills in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Relevant technical degree or diploma (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering field).
• Experience in industrial machinery, laser cutting, welding, or automation solutions is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear business terms.
