We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can own campaigns across channels and bring a strong understanding of performance, analytics, and conversion.
You’ll not just run campaigns, you’ll track performance, understand user behaviour, identify gaps, and continuously improve the journey from first click to conversion.
This role sits at the intersection of campaign execution, funnel optimization, analytics, and data-driven growth.
What You’ll Do
1. Multi-Channel Campaign Execution
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns across:
• LinkedIn Ads
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads
• Email campaigns
2. Website Analytics & Tracking
• Set up and manage GA4, conversion tracking, and marketing pixels
• Track user behaviour across traffic sources, landing pages, and conversion paths
• Identify drop-offs and opportunities across the user journey
• Work with the team to improve website and landing-page conversion rates
3. Performance Optimization
• Monitor and optimize campaigns based on: CTR, CPC, CPL, Conversion rate and Lead quality
• Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages
• Continuously experiment with campaigns to improve efficiency and results
4. Funnel & Conversion Optimization
Own and improve the journey:
Ad → Landing Page → Conversion → Lead Quality
• Identify gaps in the marketing funnel
• Recommend improvements to landing pages and messaging
• Ensure alignment between ad messaging and landing-page experience
• Build and optimize retargeting journeys
5. Data & Reporting
• Build transparent weekly and monthly performance reports
• Go beyond reporting numbers - identify insights, trends, and actionable opportunities
• Track campaign, website, and lead-quality performance
• Present recommendations based on data
6. SEO / AEO / GEO Coordination
• Align organic marketing efforts with campaign and product goals
