As a Financial Analyst, you will support TEOL's embedded finance work across our client base of PE-backed and owner-led operating companies ($10M–$150M EV). You will build and maintain financial models, analyze portfolio and operating company performance, and support transaction work-streams for clients going through acquisitions, scale-ups, or exit preparation.

You will build financial models and perform variance and trend analysis on client financials. You will support buy-side and sell-side transaction workstreams, including quality of earnings, valuation support, and working capital analysis.



You will help prepare recurring reporting and board packs, assist with cash forecasting and capital-readiness work, and support investor/LP reporting and capital call and distribution processes. You will work closely with TEOL's partners and senior staff on ad hoc analysis for clients and prospective clients.
This role offers direct exposure to live PE transactions and to the finance function of founder-led and PE-backed businesses across multiple sectors.

Your qualifications and skills
• Two or more years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A;, investment banking, private equity/credit, or a related finance role
• Solid financial modeling and Excel skills; comfort working with financial statements and core accounting principles
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple client workstreams
