⏳ Internship Duration: 3 Months
? Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
? Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)
? Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
? Full-Time Opportunity: Performance-based conversion to full-time
? Full-Time CTC: ₹3 LPA

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments including Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Support/Tech
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage scheduling
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring requirements
• Make 60–70 calls daily to shortlist and engage with the right candidates




• Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate databases
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Work closely with internal teams to understand monthly hiring needs

Requirements
• Freshers / candidates with 0–1 year of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition
• Strong interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Positive communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
• Comfortable with making 60–70 calls daily
• Basic understanding of recruitment tools and job portals is a plus

• Must be based in Bangalore or willing to Relocate to Bangalore
• Immediate joiners preferred
