Role Description The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time,



on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role is responsible for driving sales growth for NoBrokerHood within the assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities, meeting with potential clients, and presenting product demonstrations to gated communities and key decision-makers. The Territory Sales Manager will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-up to negotiation and closing, while maintaining solid relationships with existing clients to encourage retention and upselling. The role includes coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, training society stakeholders on the platform, and capturing market insights to refine sales strategies. Regular field visits, territory planning, and performance reporting are integral parts of the day-to-day responsibilities.
