Home automation in India has only ever been sold to the rich. We're changing the price: ₹10,000 refundable deposit and ₹399 a month, instead of several lakhs upfront.
That price is the whole proposition - and it's also the hard part of this job. At ₹399 a month, you cannot buy your way to growth. The budget to acquire a customer is small enough that paid media alone will never get there.
Whoever takes this role has to build content that actually travels, creator partnerships that convert rather than just reach, and referral loops that compound — and use paid to amplify what's already working, not to carry the whole thing.

You'd own one number: CAC payback in months, with installed customers underneath it. Not reach. Not followers.

What we're looking for:
→ 4–7 years running paid social against a CAC or CPA target you personally owned
→ ₹15–20L+ a month in Meta spend managed by you, not by your agency
→ You've made creative, not just briefed it — you know why a hook works,



because you've written ones that didn't
→ You can explain where platform attribution overstates and how you've checked it against real revenue
→ Evidence you've produced results with no budget, no agency and nobody helping you

What matters more than your CV:
Where you've worked interests us far less than what you've built. If you've grown a page, a channel, a side brand or a freelance client book from zero, lead with that.
