Role Description The Inside Sales Associate – Fresher will be responsible for engaging prospective learners, explaining Crio.Do’s programs, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Day-to-day activities include handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries, qualifying leads, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves understanding prospective learners’ needs, recommending suitable learning paths,



and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales cycle. The associate will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to follow up on leads, meet sales targets, and support ongoing improvements in sales processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
• Ability to perform inside sales activities, including prospect engagement and conversion, with a focus on transparent communication and consultative selling.
• Skills in customer satisfaction and customer service to address inquiries, build trust, and maintain long-term relationships with learners.
• Experience or aptitude in lead generation and account management to nurture prospects, track interactions, and support program enrollments.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is an advantage.
