Role Description
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities for Madgeek.

This is an outbound-focused role. You will research potential companies, reach out to decision-makers through calls, email and LinkedIn, understand their business challenges and identify opportunities where Madgeek can help.

You do not need to be a developer or have deep technical knowledge. What matters is your ability to understand a business problem, communicate clearly and have meaningful conversations with potential clients.





You will work closely with the leadership and technical team when an opportunity requires deeper technical discussions.

What You Will Do

• Research companies and identify potential clients for Madgeek's services.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Make outbound calls to business owners, founders, CXOs and other decision-makers.
• Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Understand the prospect's business, current challenges and technology requirements.
• Qualify leads based on business need, budget, decision-making authority and timeline.
• Schedule discovery calls and meetings with qualified prospects.
• Follow up with prospects consistently throughout the sales process.
