Deltra Group, established in 2013, is a growing provider of premium architectural and building material solutions, specialising in uPVC and aluminium windows and doors, railings, shower enclosures and other architectural solutions.
We are looking for ambitious, result-oriented Business Development Executives who understand the building materials industry and have a passion for consultative selling and relationship development.
Key Responsibilities• Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the residential and commercial building segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, contractors and end customers.
• Generate qualified leads through market visits, networking, referrals and proactive business development.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations and solution-based sales discussions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, technical clarifications and order execution.




• Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in CRM.

Candidate Requirements• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales within the building materials industry.
• Preference for candidates experienced in windows and doors, aluminium systems, uPVC, architectural hardware, glass, facades, interior products or allied building materials.
• Existing relationships with architects, builders and developers will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to conduct field visits, develop new accounts and independently drive business closures.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable with consultative B2B/B2C sales.
