About the Company

Join the Rocketship
We’re building ShopOS — AI agents powering the entire ecommerce stack. Already past PMF, we’re scaling fast and shaping the future of how online brands are built with AI. Co-founded by seasoned builders with multiple successful exits to companies like Scapic & Polygon Labs, and we’re backed by Binny Bansal. This isn’t just another start-up — it’s a front-row seat to the next big shift in ecommerce.

You’ll work closely with the founders, product marketing, design, and content teams to turn the work we’re doing into stories worth sharing—and ensure those stories reach the right people at the right time.

• Craft content across formats— posts, threads, memes, carousels, reels, short videos, and live sessions
• Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to turn complex ideas into shareable stories
• Track performance, measure engagement, and optimize based on insights and analytics
• Build and engage with a community of followers— respond to comments, DMs, and join relevant conversations
• Stay on top of trends in tech, eCommerce, AI, and digital media—and shape our voice accordingly
• Work on high-visibility campaigns for product launches, events, partnerships, and hiring
• Build a distinct voice and personality for ShopOS on every platform

What We’re Looking For
