Job Role

We’re seeking an experienced leader to drive the growth, delivery, and profitability of our NetSuite services practice.





Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the practice growth strategy for the US market.
• Lead business development, pre-sales, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Oversee NetSuite implementations, integrations, optimization, and managed services.
• Own practice Pamp;L, revenue targets, budgets, and project margins.
• Build and lead consulting teams while strengthening customer relationships and strategic partnerships.

Ideal Candidate

• Significant NetSuite services experience with proven practice leadership.
• Demonstrated success managing sales and delivery for US customers.
• Strong expertise in Pamp;L management, delivery governance, and resource planning
.• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

NetSuite certifications and an MBA/PGDM are preferred. Flexibility for late-evening US customer meetings is required.
