· Understand customer requirements from industries like Power, Cement, Oil & Gas, and Steel.
· Identify new customers and business opportunities.
· Build and maintain valuable relationships with clients and consultants.
· Visit customer sites regularly and follow up for business development.
· Provide technical support before and after sales.
· Explain product features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
· Study the market and monitor competitor activities.
· Coordinate with the marketing team for sales activities and promotions.
