The flagship machine offers a capacity of around 1300 coconuts per hour with very low electricity consumption, enabling rapid return on investment and consistent daily income for operators. The equipment is engineered for safety, reliability, and ease of use, requiring minimal operator skill while maintaining zero-defect standards. Machines can run on both single-phase and three-phase electricity, making them suitable for a wide range of agricultural and industrial setups, including those using agri-free current.
Role Description The Mechanical Design Engineer will work full time on-site in Coimbatore, focusing on the design and development of coconut de-husking and related machinery. Responsibilities include creating and updating detailed mechanical designs, preparing 3D models and 2D drawings, and ensuring that designs meet performance, safety, and manufacturability requirements.



The role involves collaborating with production, R&D;, and quality teams to refine existing products, troubleshoot design issues, and support prototype testing and validation. The engineer will also contribute to cost optimization, material selection, and continuous improvement initiatives, while maintaining accurate documentation and design standards throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications

• Solid foundation in Mechanical Engineering with hands-on experience in Design Engineering and Machine Design.
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating detailed mechanical models and drawings.
• Experience in Product Design, including concept development, prototyping, and design for manufacturability.
• Ability to analyze mechanical systems, perform basic calculations, and apply engineering principles to rotating and mechanized equipment.
