The Material Coordinator is responsible for managing, tracking, and ensuring the timely availability of construction materials at the site. This role ensures smooth workflow by coordinating procurement, delivery, storage,



and distribution of materials in alignment with project schedules and quality standards.

Here’s What You Need

• Material Planning & Procurement
• Coordinate with procurement team and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Verify purchase orders against project requirements and specifications.
• Track material requisitions from site engineers and project managers.

• Inventory Management
• Maintain accurate records of materials received, issued, and stored.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Implement proper storage practices to prevent damage or wastage.

• Logistics & Coordination
• Schedule and monitor deliveries to avoid delays in construction activities.
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and site teams for smooth material flow.
• Ensure compliance with safety and handling standards during unloading and storage.

• Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare daily/weekly material status reports for project man
