Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Head of Finance to lead financial strategy, funding, and financial operations for a growing real estate organization.

Key Responsibilities• Lead Debt Syndication, Fund Raising & Structured Finance initiatives.
• Manage Acquisitions & Mergers (M&A;) and related financial due diligence.
• Develop and manage relationships with banks, financial institutions and investors.
• Drive project funding, financial planning, cash-flow management and capital structuring.




• Evaluate financial feasibility and funding structures for recent projects and investments.
• Lead negotiations with lenders and financial institutions.

Ideal Profile• 10+ years of relevant experience in Real Estate
• Experience in Debt Syndication and M&A; is essential.
• Candidates with direct/indirect real estate exposure preferred.
• Retired GM/DGM from Nationalised Banks with relevant experience may also be considered.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, lending, project finance and financial structuring.
