Role Overview

As an Influencer Marketing , you will be responsible for planning and executing influencer campaigns end-to-end. You will identify the right creators, build strong relationships with them, negotiate collaborations, manage campaigns, and track performance to ensure strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and creator communities.
• Manage influencer campaigns from ideation and briefing to content approval, publishing, and reporting.
• Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights with influencers and agencies.
• Create detailed influencer briefs that communicate brand messaging, campaign objectives, and content guidelines.
• Work closely with the creative, social media,



performance marketing, and brand teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Monitor influencer content to ensure brand consistency and timely execution.
• Track campaign metrics such as reach, engagement, views, clicks, conversions, CAC, and ROI.
• Prepare regular campaign reports and derive actionable insights for future campaigns.
• Stay updated on emerging creators, social media trends, formats, and influencer marketing best practices.
• Explore opportunities for long-term creator partnerships, ambassador programs, and UGC initiatives.
• Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers, budgets, and performance records.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end.
• Robust understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Reels, Shorts, and the creator ecosystem.
