We are urgently seeking an HR Executive with a strong background in HR generalist functions and payroll knowledge to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our HR operations across three organizations located in Okhla, Gurgaon, and Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing support to employees in a quick-paced international BPO environment. Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee records, facilitating onboarding processes, and addressing employee queries related to HR policies and payroll. The HR Executive will also play a vital role in maintaining a positive work environment and supporting the overall HR strategy. Candidates must be open to working night shifts, noon shifts, or rotational shifts, as per the requirements of the organizations. Please note that there are no cab or meal provisions available. We are looking for immediate joiners, and only candidates with experience in international BPOs will be considered.
