Role: Founder's Office Associate – BD & Operations

This role spans BD, RFPs, lead generation, research, social media, and operations. You don’t need to know everything — you need to be willing to learn, figure things out, and not shy away from a task just because it’s recent.

What You’ll Do:
RFP & Business Development
• Research and identify relevant RFPs and business opportunities
• Manage the RFP process from opportunity discovery to submission and follow-up
• Research potential international clients, companies, industries, and decision-makers
• Build targeted lead lists using keywords, industries, locations, job titles, and company profiles
• Conduct LinkedIn prospecting and identify relevant decision-makers
• Support outreach, follow-ups,



and other BD and lead-generation activities

Social Media & Research
• Support the day-to-day management of LinkedIn and Instagram
• Research relevant content, trends, competitors, brands, and industry conversations
• Identify opportunities for content, engagement, and audience growth
• Support content coordination, scheduling, posting, and basic engagement

Operations & Founder's Office
• Maintain lead, RFP, outreach, and follow-up trackers
• Conduct market, competitor, client, and industry research
• Coordinate with internal teams on ongoing priorities
• Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and tasks from the Founder's Office
• Research and learn new tools or platforms whenever needed
• Help build and improve processes as the role evolves
