About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Operations professional to support the Sales and Business Development function across day-to-day operational, administrative, documentation, coordination, and research activities.

The role will act as a key coordination point between the Sales team and internal functions such as Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring that sales opportunities move smoothly through the various stages of the commercial and client onboarding process.
The ideal candidate will be robust at follow-ups, documentation, stakeholder coordination, tracking multiple workstreams, conducting research, and ensuring timely closure of action items.
This role is particularly suited to someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep the Sales organization organised, responsive, and operationally efficient.

Responsibilities:

Cross-functional Sales Coordination & Documentation:





• Coordinate with internal departments to support the Sales team in progressing client and prospect requirements.
• Document and coordinate responses across departments, ensuring that information requested by prospects or clients is consolidated and shared within agreed timelines.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of activities.
• Maintain organized records of sales-related documents, client information, proposals, presentations, meeting notes, and correspondence.
• Maintain standard templates and documentation required by the Sales team.

Contracting & Commercial Operations:

• Track the end-to-end contracting process from commercial discussions through execution.
• Maintain a tracker of contracts, amendments, approvals, signatures, and pending actions.

KYB, Onboarding & Go-Live Coordination:

• Coordinate and track KYB/KYC and client onboarding activities across relevant internal teams.
