1 in 6 Indian couples face infertility today. Most current solutions are hormonal, invasive, expensive and emotionally punishing. We are building a full-stack, non-hormonal, patient-first alternative.

The Role
This is a high-ownership role in our Founder's Office. You will work directly with the founders to turn strategy into revenue: building and running Cosma's doctor, clinic and sales engine on the ground, managing the lead pipeline from first enquiry to sale, and keeping sales, marketing, operations, tele-calling and vendors moving in the same direction.
This is not a "brief and delegate" role. You will build systems, walk into clinics, close partnerships, run reviews and own outcomes.



You will sit next to the founders and help shape the organisation as we scale from 5 to 30 people.

What You'll Own
• Sales team management: Lead and manage our sales team (in-house, field and tele-sales executives). Set daily, weekly and monthly targets, review performance, coach through call listening and ride-alongs, run daily huddles and weekly reviews, and build a culture of accountability.
• Lead management: Own the lead journey end to end: capture from every source, source tagging and de-duplication, CRM hygiene, lead scoring (hot, warm, cold), speed-to-lead, tele-calling follow-up, and clean handoff to doctors and sales. Make sure no lead leaks.
• Channel expansion: Labs, pharmacies, corporate (B2B2C), camps and on-ground activations. Test, measure and shift effort weekly to what converts.
• Targets and reviews: Track targets against actuals, run weekly business reviews, and report on connectivity, booking rate, conversion, refill rate a
