Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients, responding to inbound inquiries, and explaining property options and offers clearly and accurately. The specialist will qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and schedule site visits or meetings with the sales team.



Daily responsibilities include maintaining detailed records in CRM or sales tracking tools, following up on leads, and supporting customers through the initial stages of their home-buying or investment journey. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams to stay updated on inventory, pricing, and promotions, while consistently meeting individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications

• Solid Communication skills, including clear spoken English and regional language proficiency where relevant.
• Demonstrated Sales skills, with experience in telesales, inside sales, or real estate sales preferred.
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries professionally and build long-term relationships.
• Ability to provide Training-style guidance to customers by explaining products, processes, and documentation requirements.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or lead management tools.
