Role Description The PYP Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Nellore, responsible for leading and managing the implementation of the IB Primary Years Programme across the school. This position involves collaborating with teachers to design and refine units of inquiry, ensuring alignment with PYP standards and practices,



and supporting differentiated, student-centered teaching. The PYP Coordinator will organize and lead professional development, mentor teaching staff, and facilitate regular curriculum planning and reflection meetings. The role includes coordinating assessment practices, maintaining documentation required by the IB, and acting as the key liaison between the school and the IB organization. The PYP Coordinator will also engage with families to communicate programme philosophy, learning goals, and student progress, helping to build a strong and inclusive learning community.
