Heehoon Design Global is looking for an experienced Planning Manager – Interior Projects to support the planning, commercial management, cost control, billing, and coordination of commercial and interior fit-out projects.
The role will involve working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, site teams, and internal departments to ensure effective project planning, accurate cost and quantity management, proper documentation, and timely project execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Coordination
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, timelines, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project milestones.
• Support Project Managers in planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution.
• Track project progress against approved schedules and identify delays or potential risks.

Quantity Surveying & Cost Control
• Prepare quantity take-offs for interior, civil, and MEP works based on drawings and BOQs.
• Prepare and verify BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets.




• Conduct rate analysis and prepare comparative statements for contractor/vendor quotations.
• Monitor project quantities and costs against approved budgets.

Billing & Contract Management
• Prepare and verify contractor bills for interior, civil, and MEP works based on executed quantities.
• Prepare client bills, RA bills, and progress claims.
• Verify contractor invoices and supporting documents before payment processing.
• Maintain accurate billing and contract-related records.

Site Monitoring & Progress
• Verify executed works at site against drawings, BOQs, and approved specifications.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers for regular progress updates.
• Monitor work progress, quantities, and project milestones.
• Ensure required contractor documentation and compliances are submitted on time.

Technical & Documentation
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and scope of work for interior projects.
