Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to manage and grow relationships with end-user customers. The role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their business requirements, generating leads, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting marketing and sales initiatives to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and research potential end-user customers and new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, exhibitions, and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.




• Prepare and deliver product/service presentations and marketing proposals.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales/marketing pipeline.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Business Development, and Technical teams for customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect data in CRM/MIS systems.
• Track campaign performance, lead conversion, customer engagement, and other marketing KPIs.
• Support customer visits, meetings, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Prepare regular reports on lead generation, customer interactions, market intelligence, and business opportunities.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with relevant internal teams.
• Ensure timely follow-up with customers and support the overall customer experience.
