Role Description The Accounts & Finance Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing the financial health and accounting operations of Samarth Elder Care.



The role includes managing day-to-day bookkeeping, general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and accurate recording of revenue and expenses. The manager will prepare financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and variance analyses to support leadership in decision-making. They will ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, taxation requirements, and regulatory filings, while coordinating with auditors, banks, and external partners as needed. The role also involves implementing and improving financial controls, supporting cost optimization, monitoring financial performance of projects and service lines, and collaborating closely with operations and leadership teams to align financial processes with business goals.
