Team Leader – Real Estate Advisory | Gurugram
GREC INFRA is building a performance-driven real estate advisory platform in Gurugram, with dedicated verticals across Residential Primary, Secondary Market, and Commercial Real Estate.
We are looking for experienced real estate professionals who can take ownership of a vertical, build business, develop client relationships, and lead transactions from opportunity to closure.
This is an opportunity for someone who already understands the Gurugram market and wants the platform, independence and earning potential to build at a higher level.

What you'll be responsible for• Lead business development and transactions within your respective real estate vertical.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, developers, channel partners and other market participants.
• Source and convert business opportunities through your existing network and market relationships.
• Understand client requirements and provide informed property and transaction advice.




• Manage the complete transaction cycle from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and closure.
• Build a strong pipeline of business and maintain consistent transaction activity.
• Work closely with the GREC INFRA team on client servicing, property intelligence, presentations and transaction execution.
• Contribute to building the processes, network and business pipeline for your respective vertical.
• Over time, take ownership of building and leading a strong team around your vertical.

We are looking for• 5+ years of relevant real estate experience, preferably in the Gurugram market.
• Strong understanding of the Gurugram real estate ecosystem.
• Existing relationships with clients, investors, developers, channel partners or other relevant market participants.
• Demonstrated experience in originating and closing real estate transactions.
• Robust communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• A business-development mindset
