Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing Associate Investment Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality,
and a customer-centric approach to help achieve company targets through effective
property sales and tenant management.

Key Responsibilities: -
Manage the end-to-end sales process for vacant properties, engaging prospective tenant
leads.
Schedule and conduct property site visits to showcase properties to potential tenants
Facilitate negotiations between property owners and prospective tenants to close deals




efficiently.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily activities and transactions in line with
company standards.
Expand and nurture the offline broker network to facilitate faster deal closures and
strengthen relationships.
Develop and maintain robust customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and
repeat business.
Desired Skills and Qualities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills .
Sales and negotiation abilities with a confident and energetic demeanor.
Enthusiasm, aggression, and confidence to meet sales targets.
Compensation:
Fixed Salary (depending on experience and interview performance)
Incentives based on sales revenue.
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate from any discipline.
