Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Building
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
• Build and strengthen Microgravity's brand presence across digital and offline channels.
• Plan and execute campaigns around launches, offers, festivals, events, and key business initiatives.
• Identify new marketing opportunities, partnerships, and customer acquisition channels.

2. Performance Marketing
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Manage campaigns across B2C and B2B audiences with a focus on leads, bookings, app installs, footfall, and revenue.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CAC/CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
• Work with creative teams to develop and test high-performing ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
• Use analytics and campaign data to continuously improve marketing efficiency.

3. Social Media & Content
• Own the social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.




• Develop content calendars and work with designers, videographers, creators, and agencies to execute content.
• Ensure consistent brand communication and visual identity.
• Track social performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.

4. Influencer & Creator Marketing
• Identify and build relationships with relevant creators and influencers.
• Plan and execute influencer campaigns, events, collaborations, and product experiences.
• Manage creator deliverables, timelines, budgets, and campaign performance.
• Develop long-term creator partnerships to strengthen brand awareness.

5. Partnerships & Activations
• Identify and execute strategic partnerships with brands, communities, corporates, schools, colleges, residential communities, and other relevant partners.
• Plan and execute offline activations, events, and experiential marketing initiatives.
