ABOUT DHATRI
Dhatri Farms makes traditionally processed staples: stone-ground flours, hand-pounded rice, unpolished dals, millets and seeds. We are building a brand people can trust with the food they eat every single day. We sell on Amazon and our own website (www.dhatriagro.com) and are expanding into quick commerce, other marketplaces and modern retail. We are a small, founder-led, DPIIT-recognised startup (Hiranyagarbhini Annam Pvt. Ltd.).

WHY JOIN NOW
Dhatri is at an early, fast-growing stage. Over the next 6–8 months we plan to expand into quick commerce,

new marketplaces and modern retail, and the team will grow with it. You'll be joining as part of the founding team: direct work with the founder, real ownership of your area, and room to grow as the company grows.

Founding team members will be considered for ESOPs (employee stock options). These will be discussed after 6 months of joining, in FY28, based on performance.

THE ROLE
You will work directly with the founder and be the person who makes things happen across the brand. That means marketing, customer engagement, new sales channels, partners, and the paperwork that comes with growth. This is an all-rounder role. You'll do something different every day, and you'll learn how a consumer brand is built from the inside.
