PRE-SALES LEADER
Pre-Sales & Solutioning | 8-10 years
We are looking for highly driven, customer-facing professionals with a solid track record of selling SaaS, EdTech, HR Tech and Enterprise Solutions to either:
1. Technology Companies, GSIs and GCCs
2. Engineering Colleges, Large Universities and Educational Institutions

ROLE MANDATE
Turn customer challenges into differentiated, scalable and commercially viable solutions. Partner with Sales to shape large and mid-sized opportunities and strengthen NIIT’s ability to win.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Lead solutioning for strategic opportunities across enterprise and institutional customers.
• Run customer discovery to understand business context, buying criteria, pain points and desired outcomes.
• Translate requirements into differentiated solution constructs, value propositions and commercial narratives.
• Partner with Sales across qualification, solution shaping, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, negotiation and closure.
• Bring together Product, Technology, Delivery and SMEs to create integrated, feasible and scalable solutions.
• Build reusable solution assets and use customer, market and competitor intelligence to strengthen positioning.
IDEAL PROFILE
• 8-10 years of Pre-Sales, Solutioning or Consultative Solution Design experience.
• Strong SaaS, HR Tech, EdTech or Enterprise Solutions exposure across Technology Companies, GSIs/GCCs and/or B2I and large educational institutions.
• Demonstrated experience shaping large and mid-sized solutions and leading customer-facing solution conversations.
• Strong commercial orientation, structured problem solving and cross-functional influence.
