Role Description The Area Sales Manager – GT – Personal Care – Kanpur/Agra/Bareilly is a full time, on-site role based in Kanpur. This role is responsible for driving general trade (GT) sales for personal care products across the Kanpur, Agra, and Bareilly territories, including planning and executing route coverage,



meeting sales targets, and expanding distribution. The Area Sales Manager will manage and motivate a team of sales representatives and distributors, monitor performance, and ensure effective in-store merchandising and visibility. Daily activities include market visits, retailer engagement, demand generation, tracking stock levels, and coordinating trade promotions and schemes. The role also involves analyzing market data, identifying growth opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, and ensuring compliance with company policies and reporting requirements.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in FMCG/general trade sales, preferably in personal care or related consumer goods, with strong territory management skills.
