SAP Payroll Consultant (ECP & On-Premise) – Europe Payroll (India)

SAP Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and SAP On-Premise Payroll. The role requires deep knowledge of Europe payroll processes, statutory compliance, and integrations. The consultant will be responsible for payroll design, configuration, posting, and support, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations across multiple European countries.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end payroll implementations (ECP and On-Premise) for European countries.
• Configure payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and posting to FI.
• Manage statutory compliance (tax, social security, pension schemes, GDPR).
• Handle payroll posting to Finance (FI) including expense and liability accounts.
• Support data migration, parallel runs, and UAT for payroll cycles.




• Integrate payroll with SuccessFactors EC, Time Management, and third-party systems.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders for seamless payroll operations.
• Deliver training and documentation for payroll teams.

Experience & Qualifications

• 8–9 years of SAP Payroll experience (ECP + On-Premise).
• Hands-on exposure to Europe payroll statutory rules.
• At least 2–3 end-to-end payroll implementations in Europe.
• Robust knowledge of payroll posting to FI.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification in Payroll/ECP preferred.
• Experience working with multi-country payroll rollouts.
