Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Current Delhi. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales process by developing strategies to drive revenue growth, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Additionally, the role will involve leading sales teams, preparing proposals or presentations, meeting sales targets, and analyzing market trends.



The individual will act as a key point of contact for both stakeholders and customers, ensuring optimal service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
• Sales and Business Development: Strong record in sales strategy, lead generation, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
• Team Leadership and Management: Experience leading and mentoring sales teams or managing cross-functional collaborations.
• Communication and Negotiation: Proficiency in client communication, presentations, negotiations, and fostering long-term relationships.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of automation, packaging solutions, and associated technologies, with an ability to analyze market trends.
• Analytical and Organizational Skills: Solid problem-solving abilities and expertise in sales planning and aligning strategies with business objectives.
