Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Palanpur, responsible for overseeing all core HR functions within the institute. Daily responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. The role involves coordinating performance management cycles,



developing and implementing HR policies, and supporting training and development initiatives. The Human Resources Manager will handle employee relations, address workplace concerns, and promote a positive, inclusive, and safe work environment. The role also requires collaboration with senior leadership to support workforce planning, compensation and benefits administration, and HR reporting and analytics.
