Role Description The Manager Finance and Accounts is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role oversees day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations. The manager prepares and reviews financial statements, budgets, forecasts,



and management reports, ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate policies. Responsibilities include coordinating audits, implementing internal controls, monitoring cash flow, and supporting tax-related activities. The role also involves collaborating with leadership on financial planning, guiding the local accounts team, and interfacing with internal stakeholders and external partners to support efficient, transparent financial management.
Qualifications
• Strong Finance skills, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in Account Management, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Experience in Customer Service and Sales support related to financial matters, such as invoicing, collections, and client coordination.
