Gaurav Gupta Studio, one of India's most celebrated luxury couture houses, is looking for a Social Media and PR Manager who will own how the brand is seen and spoken about, both on its own digital channels and across fashion media, celebrity and influencer circles in India and abroad. We want a storyteller with a refined visual eye, a solid command of words and genuine relationships in fashion media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and run the brand's social media strategy and content calendar (with Instagram as the primary platform), keeping every post, reel and caption true to the studio's design language.
• Conceptualize digital content and brief and supervise photographers, videographers and editors for shoots, launches and couture week coverage.
• Build relationships with fashion editors and digital media in India and internationally, and secure quality coverage through press releases, media kits and brand stories.
• Manage celebrity dressing and red-carpet opportunities with stylists and talent managers and turn every placement into timely press and social amplification.




• Identify and manage influencer and creator collaborations and oversee community management on the brand's handles.
• Lead PR and live social coverage for shows, trunk shows, previews and international exhibitions.
• Manage PR and digital agencies, freelance creators and the related budgets.
• Track social performance, press coverage and earned media value, and share monthly reports with leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in communications, PR, Journalism, Fashion Communication or a related field; a postgraduate or international qualification is a plus.
• 5 to 8 years of combined social media and PR experience, with at least 3 years in luxury fashion, premium lifestyle or beauty (in-house brand experience is preferred over purely agency-side experience).
