Experience: 8–10 years of experience in (Corporate Compliance, Secretarial Functions, Listed Entity Compliance, Legal & Regulatory Affairs)

Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, legal documentation, and secretarial practices.



The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements while supporting the organization in maintaining robust governance standards and risk management practices.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling SEBI, RBI, MCA, and Companies Act compliances along with board management and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, RBI guidelines, and other applicable laws.
• Organize and manage Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and related secretarial activities.
• Draft agendas, board notes, minutes, resolutions, annual reports, and statutory documentation.
• Handle quarterly, half-yearly, annual, and event-based compliances for listed/unlisted entities.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities including SEBI, RBI, MCA, NSDL, CDSL, and other statutory bodies.
• Monitor and implement changes in regulatory framework
