Key Responsibilities
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn & referrals.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and interview coordination.
• Understand JDs and identify suitable profiles.
• Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment reports.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment/HR.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn and upskill in Talent Acquisition.
