Role Overview
We are looking for a Creative Director – 3D Visualization & Walkthroughs to lead the creative vision and visual storytelling for our 3D renders,



architectural walkthroughs, animations, films, and immersive experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of storytelling, cinematography, art direction, camera language, composition, lighting, visual aesthetics, and creative direction.
Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Architecture, PropTech, or Architectural Visualization will be preferred. However, we are also open to strong creative professionals from Animation, VFX, Advertising, Film, Media, and Creative Agencies who have a proven ability to create compelling visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Concept Development
• Lead the overall creative direction for 3D visualization, architectural walkthroughs, animations, and visual films.
• Develop creative concepts based on project briefs, brand objectives, and client requirements.
• Create storyboards, visual scripts, shot lists, and camera movem
