Position: Equity Dealer
Department: Equity / Dealing
Location: Kolkata
Experience: 1 – 6 Years
Qualification: Graduate; NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives Certification preferred

Role Description Responsible for executing client equity and derivatives trades accurately and efficiently while ensuring regulatory compliance, effective client servicing, and smooth coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities· Execute Equity Cash, Futures & Options (F&O;) orders as per client instructions.
· Ensure timely and accurate order placement, modification and execution.
· Monitor client positions, margins, exposures and trading limits.




· Provide clients with relevant market updates, trade-related information and execution support.
· Maintain proper records of client instructions and dealing activities.
· Ensure adherence to SEBI, Exchange and internal compliance/risk guidelines.
· Coordinate with RMS, Operations, Compliance and Back Office for trade-related issues.
· Support active client engagement and contribute towards brokerage/revenue objectives, where applicable.
· Ensure high standards of accuracy, confidentiality and client service.
Key Skills· Strong knowledge of Equity Cash and F&O; markets
· Hands-on experience with trading/dealing terminals
· Good understanding of order types, margins, risk and market operations
· Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced live-market environment
· Valuable communication and client-handling skills
