Role Overview
We are looking for a Content & Growth Intern with a proven instinct for digital storytelling and audience building. In this role, you will ideate, script, edit, and publish multi-format content across our primary channels, translating brand messaging into high-engagement social assets.

Internship Type: 3 Months | Remote | Unpaid

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Copywriting: Write high-converting hooks, captions, carousels, and scripts tailored for LinkedIn and Instagram.
Short-Form Video Production: Assemble, cut, and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) with tight pacing, captions, and relevant audio using tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
Growth & Distribution: Monitor platform trends, algorithms, and post timings to maximize reach and organic engagement.

Other requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
Proven Audience Growth: Hands-on experience growing a personal brand, creator account, or niche page from 0 to 10K+ followers on LinkedIn or Instagram.
Writing Experience: 1–2 years of experience in copywriting, creative writing, or social media management (prior internships and personal creator projects qualify).
Basic Video Editing Skills: Working proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, or similar tools (understanding pacing, sound design, and retention).
Content Fluency: High daily consumption of digital media with an intuitive grasp of virality, platform culture, and narrative hooks.
Portfolio Required: A demonstrable portfolio or live links to published written content and edited videos.
