Role Description The Sr Manager Collection and Retention & Revenue Assurance role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai.



This role is responsible for leading collection strategies, monitoring customer payment behavior, and driving initiatives to improve cash flow and reduce bad debt. The position oversees retention programs, analyzing churn drivers and implementing actions to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value. The Sr Manager also leads revenue assurance activities, including validation of billing, reconciliation of revenue streams, and identification of leakages and process gaps. Daily responsibilities include managing a team, collaborating with finance, sales, and operations, preparing performance reports and forecasts, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. The role requires proactive problem-solving, strong stakeholder management, and continuous improvement of collection, retention, and revenue assurance processes.
