Role Description The Address Verification and Payment Follow-Up Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves verifying customer addresses and contact details through phone calls and digital channels to ensure accurate records for shipping and service coordination. The executive will monitor pending payments, follow up with customers in a professional manner,
and provide explicit information about payment methods, timelines, and any related issues. Daily tasks include maintaining updated logs in internal systems, coordinating with finance and operations teams on payment status and address discrepancies, and resolving customer queries related to verification and billing. The role also requires adhering to company policies, meeting agreed service-level timelines, and contributing to a smooth and reliable customer experience.
