About the RoleWe’re looking for a Social Media Manager Intern who can help build both The Hyper Crew’s online presence and the founder’s personal brand.
This role is for someone who understands that good social media isn't just about posting consistently. It’s about finding interesting ideas, turning them into content, understanding what makes people stop scrolling, and building a recognizable voice.
You’ll work closely with the founder and take ownership of content across LinkedIn and Instagram.
What You’ll Be DoingFounder’s Personal Brand — LinkedIn
• Research trending topics, ideas and conversations around design, branding, marketing, entrepreneurship, AI, e-commerce and business
• Write engaging LinkedIn posts in the founder's voice
• Turn real experiences, opinions,
lessons and agency projects into content
• Research viral/high-performing LinkedIn content and identify why it worked
• Develop content ideas, hooks and storytelling angles
• Maintain a consistent posting calendar
The Hyper Crew — Social Media
• Create and curate content ideas for The Hyper Crew’s Instagram & LinkedIn
• Turn agency projects and case studies into social content
• Write captions, hooks and promotional copy
• Help communicate our services in a way that feels interesting rather than salesy
• Research relevant trends, memes, formats and content opportunities
Outreach & Promotional Content
• Curate content for client outreach pitches
• Research brands and identify relevant content/presentation angles
• Help create promotional content, campaign ideas and sales collateral
• Turn our previous work into compelling case studies and pitch material
• Help develop content that can actually generate leads, not just likes
