Roles & Responsibilities
• Responsible for the allotment of rooms to students and maintaining proper hostel occupancy records.
• Supervise the day-to-day functioning and maintenance of the hostel.
• Monitor the quality, hygiene, and timely serving of food provided to hostel residents.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and a positive environment within the hostel premises.
• Handle and resolve students’ day-to-day concerns, queries.
• Ensure compliance with hostel rules, regulations, and university policies.
• Maintain regular communication with students and coordinate with relevant departments when required.
• Monitor student attendance, movements, and general well-being.




• Report any disciplinary, maintenance, or other hostel-related issues to the concerned authority.
• Ensure cleanliness, security, and proper upkeep of hostel facilities.

Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree in any field from a recognized university.
