Role Description
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to support collections, invoice management, dispute resolution, and customer account operations across EMEA entities. The role requires skilled communication skills in French and German to support customers and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage AR collections, review aging reports, secure payment commitments, and reduce overdue balances.
• Handle invoice submissions through customer portals and e-invoicing platforms,



resolving rejections and exceptions.
• Investigate and resolve billing, pricing, tax, PO, delivery, and payment disputes with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate credit holds, order releases, cash application, AR reconciliations, and month-end reporting activities.
• Maintain customer contacts, process documentation, SOPs, and compliance records while supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience
• ·Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline; MBA or Masters in Commerce/ Finance is preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, credit and collections, billing, dispute management or customer finance operations.
• Working knowledge of AR accounting fundamentals, aging, cash application, credit holds, reconciliations and month-end activities.
