Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeping Attendant role based at Hotel Ramaya Inn in Haridwar. The role involves cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards. Daily tasks include making beds, changing linens, replenishing amenities, handling laundry items, and reporting maintenance issues. The Housekeeping Attendant will interact with guests in a courteous manner, respond to requests promptly, and support other hotel staff to ensure a clean, protected, and organized environment.



The role may also include assisting with basic training of new housekeeping team members and following all health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess housekeeping skills, including room cleaning, bed making, and general upkeep of guest areas.
• Candidates should possess laundry-related skills, such as sorting, washing, drying, and handling linens and towels.
• Candidates should possess customer service and communication skills to interact politely and clearly with guests and team members.
• Candidates should possess basic training skills to help guide new team members in following hotel procedures.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow cleaning and safety standards are required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights throughout the shift is necessary.
• Prior housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory.
