Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Ticketing & Reservation Staff member to handle flight reservations, ticketing, booking-related queries, and customer support. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of GDS systems, particularly Amadeus, and be able to handle bookings accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle flight ticket reservations, bookings, cancellations, reissues, and refunds.
• Assist customers with flight schedules, fares, availability,



and booking-related queries.
• Perform ticketing and reservation activities using GDS systems, especially Amadeus.
• Handle fare checking and provide suitable flight options to customers.
• Manage PNR creation, ticket issuance, amendments, and other booking-related activities.
• Coordinate with airlines and other travel partners when required.
• Maintain accurate booking and customer records.
• Provide timely and professional customer support.
• Handle booking issues and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Follow company procedures and airline policies related to ticketing and reservations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in ticketing and reservation.
• Strong knowledge of GDS systems and Amadeus is required.
• Good knowledge of airline ticketing and reservation procedures.
• Good understanding of fares, PNRs, ticketing, reissue, cancellation, and refund procedures.
