We are looking for a Paid Ads Specialist who can independently manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our US-based clients and drive measurable business results.
Role Overview
As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, optimizing, and reporting on paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta

Ads (Google, Facebook & Instagram).
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, understands performance marketing beyond simply launching campaigns, and knows how to optimize campaigns based on leads, conversions, CPL, ROAS, and overall business objectives.
You will work closely with our account management, creative, content,



and marketing teams to develop and continuously improve campaigns for our US clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, create, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for US-based clients.
• Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
• Manage campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram as applicable.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and overall campaign profitability.
• Perform A/B testing of ad copy, creatives, audiences, landing pages, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective strategies.
• Work with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
• Monitor budgets and ensure effective allocation of advertising spend.
• Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking, pixels, events, UTM parameters,
